In my new collection I have chosen to work with lightweight silk twill.
Silk is a fabric that combines delicacy with richness and has a wondrous light reflecting quality to its surface. I wanted to emphasise these attributes by fading and strengthening the colour, changing its intensity over the series of marks in the designs.
